War against refugees?

Under a new policy, refugees are now to only enjoy regulated health services.

The refugees are to be denied preventive and primary health care, amongst others.

Whoever has crafted this policy may have been at war with himself, cutting the nose to spit the eyes.

Does it not even make elementary sense, to prevent than to cure? How does new policy affect the avowed determination to keep Canadians safe?

Why declare war on this class of people, who perhaps had left their war torn areas, have been in refugees camp, and finally arriving in Canada, with a great hope, a dream, an assurance of heaven on earth, only to be faced with a discrimination, that could lead to death, if not properly managed?

I think this craze to balance budget should have a human face.

This health service discrimination against refugees must be rescinded.
